Knit Your First Sweater Class | Tuesdays (4 sessions - every 2 weeks) 6-7pm starting March 31st

If you’ve knit a hat, scarf, or cowl and are ready to take the leap into garment making, this is the perfect next step. You'll work towards finishing your very own Tin Can Knits Flax Sweater during the class, with weekly support, troubleshooting, and encouragement every step of the way. In this class, you’ll learn:

• knitting in the round
  
• top-down raglan construction
• understanding ease
• separating for sleeves

By the end of this class, you'll walk out with a handmade sweater you’ll be proud to wear!

In the first class, we'll spend time talking about yarn options and you'll be able to shop in the store for your project yarn (if you don't already have some!)

Price includes class instruction only. Materials sold separately. All students receive 10% discount in the shop during the class

Materials needed

• Circular Knitting needle: US 6 - 4.0 mm and US 8 - 5.0 mm
• Worsted Weight: 220 - 2100 yarn (depending on the sweater size)
• Knitting Pattern (Fee!)
