Shipping policy

Processing Times

We strive to get your fiber goodies on their way as quickly as possible!

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Special Bundles: Larger kits (like our Sweater Care Bundle) may require an extra day for careful packaging.

  • Classes & Events: No physical shipping is required for classes. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: We primarily use USPS to ensure your yarn and tools arrive safely.

  • Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup at our Pacifica shop! If you select this option at checkout, your order will typically be ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s waiting for you.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International Shipping:  We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns & Damages

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at jamie@royalbeeyarn.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
